Ala Eh! Food Corporation Products are Sweet Soy Sauce, Special Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Branded Special Soy Sauce, Cane Vinegar Red, Cane Vinegar White, Special Fish Sauce (Patis). In the future it will offer other condiments like Oyster Sauce, and other condiment products it will decide to do.

Ala Eh! Foods Corporation started last 2019 before the pandemic period by Mr. Ronald Abulencia when a common friend handed out samples for soy sauce products. He then went on to try mixing different ingredients to achieve the sweet Filipino taste applicable for the Filipino market in his home in Lipa City Batangas. The business grew when he started to supply lomi houses and restaurants around Batangas, hence Ala Eh! Foods Corporation, a booming Batangueňo Condiments Business is born.
